McKeesport Fire

This was a weird one for sure I walked out of the apartment building where I was seeing a friend and smelled smoke as well as it looking foggy but knew it was smoke cause of the smell. Where I was was really far from the fire however I didnt know so yes like the fireman out of Roxanne I followed my nose. Where did it come from so I followed the smoke smell not giving up and everyone I seen I asked if they seen or knew where the fire was coming from. I ended up walking from Mid Town towers apartment building in McKessport all the way past the Elks club and then crossed the bridge to come up on this scene. Was amazed myself and thankful to God for letting me believe in myself enough to not think I was crazy. Then after that I walked back to the daily news on Lylse Bvld to turn in some of the photos. Funny thing as well after leaving daily news at 530-6am about 30 mins later I seen the fire truck speeding down the street headed the opposite way and me Im like nope Im not doing it and as soon as they turned the corner the sirens stopped that ment they were at where they needed to be. So yeah I went running down the street and they were a block away putting out a 3 alarm fire so yes I went and photographed that fire as well. Both ran in the daily news the earlier fire photos were mine and the morning fire photos were someone else's.
