Behind The Lens

Location

I was just exploring Kingston (in London) and came across this art installation using some old out of use telephone booths!

Time

I was just passing by around 1 or 2 pm most likely, and happened to get a great shot when there weren't many tourists around !

Lighting

Midday lighting can be a blessing at the right angles, and they lighting was definitely in my favour that day.

Equipment

As always I used my Olympus EPL-1, never go anywhere without it!

Inspiration

Just the fact that it was so odd, it stood out to me right away and I wanted to remember exactly how it looked, and from that perspective, of the booths falling towards you, it kind of adds a little action to the photo.

Editing

Just a simple colour edit using VSCO I believe!

In my camera bag

I always have my zoom lens, and an extra SD card, I'm always capturing photos so you never know when you're going to run out of space.

Feedback

Just always take the shot, you never know how it'll turn out, and if you're ever walking by and thinking "oh that looks cool, maybe I should take a picture" take that picture !
