I was trying to capture some close competition on an uphill climb with a minimal background. These two cars had been battling and swapping positions throughout the race.Editing

The majority of my photos are taken with a Nikon D7500 with a Tamron 18-400. I also drag along my rusty, trusty D300S with a Tamron 150-600 for my long range shots.Feedback
At race tracks, be aware of the background. Many a shot has been ruined with a poorly placed Porta-John right where you don't want it in the photo.
