Location

This photo was taken in my front yard. Im a self taught photographer and i enjoy capturing nature as much as i can.

Time

This was taken in the late afternoon of a summer day. I had gone out to look at a caterpillar my daughter caught amd we found this butterfly.

Lighting

I dont know much about lighting other than making sure your shadows are over the image your trying to capture

Equipment

I used my Nikon B600 to capture the butterfly and a lot of patience to get just the right shot.

Inspiration

My 13yr old daughter thought it would be awesome to try and capture a butterfly, so we took multiple different shots to try and get the Perfect one.

Editing

The only post processing that was done was when I uploaded to Instagram and used a filter that would make it "pop".

In my camera bag

Usually the only equipment i carry is my Nikon B600, tripod, an extra battery pack and charger and lens cleaner.

Feedback

If I had to give advice it would be, be patient and have fun. If you enjoy what you do then it will show in the pictures you capture.
