Location
I took this photo in my back yard , Mooroopna Vic,AU.Time
The photo was taken in the late afternoon in a shady tree.Lighting
Natural lighting but the bird was in shade so I had to use 250 ISO to light him up a bit.Equipment
Canon EOS 200 D Mk 2 ,with a tamron 150/600mm lens hand held.Inspiration
I like bird photography and the blue of the face on this bird is a striking color so I was very happy when it sat for me to capture this shot.Editing
I did do a little shadow adjustment in photoshop to show more detail in the feathers. In my camera bag
I carry a Canon EOS 200 D Mk 2 ,a Canon 50 mm prime ,a Canon 18/55 mm , a Canon 55/250 mm and a Tamron 150/600mm lenses with a Joby tripod in a Lowepro photo trekker backpack , I also carry a lens pen to keep my lenses clean.Feedback
Look up , and always be ready to get your photo , especially with bird photos as they are quick movers and wary of anything in their area they don't stay still for long.
