A photo I took to enter an art competition in my local area. The theme was postcards from home, which lined up with everyone being in some sort of lock down due to COVID.

The photo was taken at my home in Sydney.Time
If I remember rightly it was in the afternoon.Lighting
Nothing in particular, I just tried to not have to much glare coming in around my sons head.Equipment
Nothing special, I took the photo using my Samsung S10 smartphone.Inspiration
I saw a banner for an art competition which had the theme 'postcards from home' due to the lock downs that were happening and I knew straight away what I wanted to capture.Editing
Nothing major, I knew I wanted black and white over colour, so it was just a matter of finding the right shades. In my camera bag
Just a phone in my pocket.Feedback
Getting kids to do exactly what you want is hard, so patience is what you need.
