Behind The Lens

Location

This photos was at a client's house. Natural daylight only. I'm self taught so I was nervous about taking this and making it work as it was quite dark on their staircase. It's one of my favs from th3 session.

Time

This was about 2.30pm

Lighting

His little face stood out to me looking back. I knew there was very limited day light but I had to try and capture it.

Equipment

D750 ans 35mm sigma art was my gear

Inspiration

I love when I snap those inbetween moments when I'm not really snapping. I especially love when it works out and I capture something worth using.

Editing

I played about with quite a few sliders here mainly the highlights and shadows and obviously converted to b&w

In my camera bag

Always my d750 and 35mm

Feedback

Don't shy away from taking the shot even if you think it will fail. You might just be able to pull it back in editing.
