Yes, some of the restaurants in the bay area are in business again but only for dining outdoors. A few areas are experimenting with limited indoor capacity, 10 or 25%, still not enough for the eateries to break even. Many are using home delivery to help while others skip profits for now and feed the needy. It will be quite the test to see what will survive SF's sky high rents.
