So, this one has become one of my favorite images, mostly because of the location. This was taken at a small state park that I visited countless times from my youth to present day. It really isn't much, just a little pond in the middle of nowhere, IL. No matter how many times I've been here with my camera, I almost NEVER leave with a shot that I'm satisfied with. On this night though, me an my buddy were just about to leave to chase the sunset when we walked around the treeline to this magnificent sunset! Of all the shots I got that evening, this remains my absolute favorite!
