Night photography is quite an interesting undertaking that requires some patience. I wanted to test my skills at long exposure..Rochester dare say has a beautiful night skylineEditing
Post processing was basic Lightroom , some lens correction and minimal tone curve adjustmentIn my camera bag
Currently I use mostly my Nikon 850, Nikkor 28-300 lens . I do still occasionally use my Nikon 700. Other lenses include a Nikkor 105 macro lens , a Sigma 150 - 600 3.5- 5.6 and a Tamron 10 -20 I carry a Circular polaroid and a 0 -10 variable ND filter. A micro fibre lens cleaner, a waterproof lens sheath and a small towel to dry of moisture and as small battery operated headlight.. I also carry a non disposable bottle of water for self hydration as well as a small notebook and penFeedback
My advise is to challenge yourself to do it. have a companion and check out for safety in the area where you shoot. The end results are worth it
