Always wanted to go whale watching but never got around to it. As the boat was leaving the harbor, this intrepid paddler was all alone in a vast early morning sea. Shooting this was better than the whales and dolphins to be sure. I always get images that I like that work for me while my initial intention was to shoot something else.
