Behind The Lens
Location
The photo was taken outside my apartment building, amongst the other flowers and plants in one of the flower beds on the property.Time
This photo was taken around early to mid-afternoon on a nice summer day, after deciding to take my camera out for some picture taking around the building. and of the plants and flowers that had been planted in the different flower beds.Lighting
I used natural lighting and the shadows of my surroundings, to highlight the color of the flower that I was taking a macro shot of at the time.Equipment
The photo was taken with a Canon T2i, with an 18-55 Macro capable lens. and the settings were in AV mode.Inspiration
My inspiration to take this photo was the colors against the backgrounds, and the shadows and lighting at the time, and also the lens I was using for some macro shots for my photo sites.Editing
Depending on the camera settings at the time, I may do a little smoothing out of the photo, and check the clarity and exposure of the photo and adjust to balance the photo.In my camera bag
My photo bag usually has my T2i and a couple of different focus lens, extra batteries, and a lens cleaning kit, and some different filters too.Feedback
Have an idea of what you may want to take photos of, and what lens setup you may want to use for those types of photos. And just be prepared for that shot to present itself and capture that moment.
