Location
This shot was taken at North Queensferry.Time
This was about 7.30pm as I was down taking sunset photos.Lighting
I liked the low light as it was nearing the end of the sunset (which never really happened) I had turned round and liked the light in the water and slight shine on the wet rocjsEquipment
I used a Nikon D7100 with 18-55mm kit lens mounted on a Manfrotto tripod with Lee Filter little stopperInspiration
I just liked the way the driftwood had been left sitting on the stones as the tide was receding.Editing
Slightly lowered the highlights due to parts of the clouds being blown out and lifted the darks and shadows to bring out more details in the rocks. In my camera bag
I normally have Nikon D7100, 18-55mm kit lens, either 70-200 f2.8 or 70-300 F4.5 sigma lenses, Lee Filter with little and big stoppers, ND grad filter, head torch, intervelometer and spare batteries.Feedback
Just go out and do it. Take shots of anything that captures your eye........I DO
