Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken near the Ttukseom Resort area in Seoul South Korea. I wandered to an area of the park that under a bridge.

Time

I think I took it sometime in the afternoon. I don't think I changed my camera's timezone setting to Korea so going back to the camera's meta won't be super helpful to find the exact time.

Lighting

I just used natural light.

Equipment

I shot it on my Nikon d7100 with a Tamron 28-75 f2.8 handheld.

Inspiration

As I was wandering around I saw the bridge and the repetition of the bridge support structures.

Editing

I adjusted the curves and converted the image to black and white.

In my camera bag

When I go for photo walks I generally bring my camera, battery grip and one lens. Sometimes that lens isn't the best lens for the situation and I've missed photos. Such is life.

Feedback

Walk around your neighborhood and examine your surrounding like an Alien from space would. You don't have to go halfway around the World to find interesting patterns
