This photo was taken in my garden in india when i wasnt as habitual of even taking photos as i am now,it was one of the beginning times of when i shot some thing other than family members, people or just personal photos.Time
This is a really old photo so i dont remember as much except that it was in the morning near 6 am.Lighting
It was just the usual day and roses were in very light shade with little bit of natural light falling on them, but there wasnt much sunlight.as it was near 6 am.Equipment

I only shot it to preserve the memory of beauty of the moment not realizing i would grow used to taking different kinds of photos and get more interested in photography.Editing
I didnt do much except for the light adjustments in the original photo and then i used the black and white option and heightened the contrast n reduced the brightness in the background to give it a darker shade and make both dark and light colors stand out.In my camera bag

Just make sure to find out the seasons and blooming, shedding etc times n other cycles of the flowers, plants, trees etc according to whatever version you wish to photograph.and weather and climate forecast according to conditions you wish to photograph it in. You could also use other things to create similar situations eg. Water spray for rose with dewdrops etc if you cant wait for natural dews.
