This Picture was taken during a monitoring visit of supplementary Immunization Activity of Measles vaccination in a out reach vaccination center in Faisalabad rural area. Dr. Salwa Hekmat from WHO Egypt (left) and some parents & children (right) are present along with me (center). I was part of the WHO team as United Nations Volunteer national specialist and was responsible to provide technical support plus monitoring the District health authority Faisalabad District, Punjab, Pakistan during the supplementary immunization activity (SIA) for measles vaccination in 2018. Total 1.35 million children between age of 6 months to 7 years were vaccinated during this activity.
