Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in my back yard, I have a small patch of lillie's right off my patio and this past year this plant sprouted up. Good thing I didn't notice it right away and didn't have time to weed out that patch.

Time

I took this photo after lunch, during summer my kids are outside almost all day so I took my camera out and played with various settings.

Lighting

It was very windy and spotted cloudy, so had to keep moving and adjusting settings/ focus to move with the flowers.

Equipment

I have a canon rebel t5 for this shot I used my macro tube extender, with my 75-300mm.

Inspiration

I like to take garden flower photos so I can remember what I have where in my garden.

Editing

I clarified the edges on the Columbine flower slightly only.

In my camera bag

I always bring extra batteries, have all 3 of my lenses and my extension tube with me.

Feedback

Keep trying! Shooting macro in the wind is very difficult, I'd recommend starting inside or in the least do it on a day with no wind!
