Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken in Tirthan Valley Himachal Pradesh, India.

Time

It was around 10am when I took this photo.

Lighting

There was a natural sunlight, no other lighting has been used.

Equipment

Canon 60D, manfroto trios, 18-135mm lens

Inspiration

I was trying to capture the flowing water and waterfall at slow shutter. To create smoothness and milkiness water, I used a tripod and composed this shot.

Editing

I did little post processing in Lightroom and photoshop. Colour corrections, played with highlights and shadows and little bit of hue and saturation.

In my camera bag

Canon 60D with 18-35mm lens

Feedback

Always use tripod to stabilize the camera for slow shutter shots and use timer instead of pressing the shutter button.
