Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was actually taken in a school trip in Makrinitsa, Volos, Greece. It was an important moment because it was one of our last school trips so it was an unforgetable moment. Sooner after then, I started beeing more into photography and understandood that it is something that fills me up.

Time

It was an April morning of 2019 around 8 o'clock.

Lighting

Actually nature gave us the answer. It was foggy so the amosphere was a mysterious scene on its own. The conditions were perfect and rare for a photoshoot.

Equipment

I didn't own a camera back then, so this was taken with a smartphone, I did not use a filter or flash. (Xiaomi Redmi 4x)

Inspiration

Me and my friens were such in a good vibe and we were taking photos all the time. We wanted to make this trip unforgettable. So as we were walking around, this scenery kinda caught my eye, I felt really inspired so I just wanted to capture every beauty around me.

Editing

The only thing I did was maybe to light the image up a little bit and gave it more contrast.

In my camera bag

Now that i own a camera (nikon d3100), when I go out for photos I usually carry my tripod, my camera lens (18-55mm and a 55-200mm) and some macro filters that adjust in my lenses.

Feedback

Just go outside, get up early, feel inspired! Nature has so many beautiful sceneries, we just have to dedicate to what we do! Good luck!
