A noir portrait in B&W with a single beauty dish.

I wanted to recreate a classic image from 1950s hollywood. A beautiful face with no distractions. Shot in my studio after the client's headshots.

DestnDe is a young woman who has the world in the palm of her hand. About to leave the nest, a portrait session was appropriate.

I used a 3 light setup. One with a fresnel lens on it.

Gien waits for her partner's session to end and is lost in the moment. Completely comfortable with just her guitar in hand.

On the long trip home from Moab Utah. Hwy 50 can be quite boring after a few hours. The sun setting made for great shadows and beautiful golden light.
