Behind The Lens

Location

In my side yard flower bed where everything is grown as natural as possible. No fertilizers, special care or treatment. I rent, and don't have water access except Nature and carrying it by can from inside.

Time

This was mid morning, my yard is roughly about 20 by 60 feet between two large homes converted to apartments. Sun exposure is roughly 70% at its peak and less then 55% at other times. My flower garden is naturalized with partial sun to shade perennials with early spring, late spring, and summer blooms.

Lighting

I used no special lighting except what was naturally filtering through the bloom.

Equipment

Hand Held Nikon coolpix b500, no telephoto just stuck the lense as close as I could to to allow auto focus.

Inspiration

symmetry of the bloom, it pattern and color.

Editing

No post-processing

In my camera bag

Just my Nikon coolpix b500, a mono-pod, and or Tripod.

Feedback

Sometimes its just capturing the subject in a rawest state, no fancy lenses etc, or post processing.
