This is a photo of main street in my home town, Springfield, SC. I took this late one Sunday afternoon when no one was around. These images hold a lot of memories from my childhood. The old drug store where I bought fountain drinks that had to be mixed by hand using Coca Cola syrup and stirred with carbonated water. My favorite drink was a Cherry Smash...a carbonated beverage made with cherry syrup.
