Behind The Lens
Location
From what I remember about taking this photo, I believe my friends and I were at 20 Fenchurch Street, in London's financial district.Time
It was during the rush hour of everyone leaving from their day jobs. I think that is around 16:00 ~ 17:00. At the time, I was wishing to get here earlier so that it would be a bit brighter, but I am happy with how it came out for the time that I shot it.Lighting
In my eyes, the lighting was a dream come true: overcast. I just loved how the red buses were able to pop out of the greyed background of the city.Equipment
I was carrying my 5D MK IV with my 24-70mm f/2.8 MK II lens.Inspiration
I remember thinking about what a typical city picture would look like. I was thinking of the words: "Busy, Hustle & Bustle, get out of my way."Editing
Post Processing was a yes on this one since I wanted to show what I envisioned in my head. I used Lightroom forIn my camera bag
The bodies I usually carry are my Canons: 5D MK IV and 6D MK II. I have gone thru a bunch of shoots with them and I rely on them for the pristine shots. I usually shift these three around in my bag depending on the situation: my 35 mm f/1.8, 24-70mm f/2.8 & 70-200mm f2.8 lenses. I have gotten into the habit of also carrying a recent camera strap that I have fallen for: the Money Maker Solo strap from Holdfast.Feedback
Being in the moment and in wonder of that moment.
