The photo was taken in my clients home. I was doing the wedding, and I ask if she would be will to do a boudoir for her husband to be. My client was up for it and it was my first try at doing something like this.Time
I took this about mid morning and it was overcast and just used the natural light coming in the window.Lighting
I wanted the softness of my client up front and sharp in the mirror looking down to give my the innocent of true love.Equipment
I use Olympus OMD EM1 with the olympus 40-150mm Pro lens. No flash just natural light.Inspiration
I wanted to try my creatively a little bit more.Editing
Yes convert it to black and white, used a texture layer and a vignette. In my camera bag
I now have gone Sony a7iii with a Sigma 35mm f1.4 lens.Feedback
Well I was really sure that my creatively would come out as I wanted to. If fact I surprise myself. It was daunting as it was my first with a boudoir shoot. But I so glad I've done it. Never be afraid to try something and always look at it as a learning curve.
