Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Virginia as part of a styled shoot

Time

It was taken at approximately 5:30 pm as the sun was going down from a beautiful days

Lighting

natural light, no flash or reflectors

Equipment

Nikon d850, 70-200mm, 2.8 aperture, 125 ISO, 320 shutter speed

Inspiration

The girl and the dog were so adorable together. A vintage truck was on the property and we asked to borrow it for a quick shoor

Editing

Yes, I started in lightroom with basic adjustments and then into photoshop for a bit of skin retouching, color balance and pop

In my camera bag

Nikon d850 Tamron 70-200 Sigma art 35mm Sigma art 50mm Prism

Feedback

The lighting was beautiful yet she was somewhat in shadow. I would have used a flash for this if I recreated this same scenario. I could have upped my shutter speed a bit too with a bit of ISO for balance.
