One night, my husband and I saw this pulsating light in the sky. I got my camera to take a picture. We decided there were too many lights and we drove down about 6 streets to where it was a bit darker. It was still pulsating. I got out, aimed and as I too the shot whatever this was took off. This was the shot that I got when the film was developed. I believe the picture was taken around 1996.
