I took it at Arboretum and Botanical Gardens in Overland Park Kansas.

Time

Afternoon around 3 or 4pm

Lighting

It was partly cloudy and not much natural light.

Equipment

This was shot on a Nikon D5300 camera. I used a nikor DX f1/8 lens.

Inspiration

I like flowers a lot because of their variety of colors, and wanted to take a shot of one with a lot of colors using a broken background.

Editing

Fisheye lens. ND filer and polarizing filter.

Feedback
