Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Budapest, Hungary.

Time

It was a rainy day in February at 10am.

Lighting

I used here only natural lights.

Equipment

I shot this picture with a canon 5d Mark ii and used a 24mm-105mm canon lens.

Inspiration

Elena wanted to have some nice glamour shots of herself and we were shooting in a nice location. As I said it was a rainy winter day, so we didn't have so much light, even though it was a big house with big windows. This is why we had to use reflector for some sets. This part of the house was pretty dark, there was only 2 small windows. And I saw this spot, how nicely come the light in. So I told her, let's take some pictures without any flash also. That's how I figured out the position for her, which got enough lights from the window.

Editing

Yes, I always use photoshop.

In my camera bag

I always use my 24-105mm f4 or 70-200mm f4 lens. But I love the result what a vintage lens could give, so I have a helios 44mm lens also in my bag and do some creative images with it sometimes.

Feedback

Always try to capture what pop up in your mind, that will be the best ones.
