Africa is often in my thoughts. As a child growing up in cold Canada hearing tales from African visitors to watching National Geographic, The Wild Kingdom and the Jungle Book. Recent travels to Africa like the Kruger National Park, as well as to the heart of Kenya have only strengthened the ties. This morning I poured myself a coffee in my favourite mug before seeing the request for things in my house. Well this is one thing in my house that connects me to a far away land.
