It was the bright spring leaves of the sycamore glowing in the diffused cloud-shrouded sunlight that drew me into this pocket of woods at Enys Estate.
In fact, I have desaturated these leaves quite considerably in post as their true colour didn't look real!
I liked how the bright leaves intersected the dark trunk of the tree behind it (the bright leaves belong to the tree on the left - even on location, I was fooled into thinking they belonged to the dark-trunked tree!).
