This photo was taken on the way home from my neighborhood coffee shop. A blizzard is an incredibly lonely environment to be struggling through. Good thing I sighted another person, a single black smudge on the all-encompassing, white, windswept surroundings.Time
I hadn't realized that night had fallen, until I stepped out of the shop, started walking through knee-high snow, in the dark. It was about 7 pm, and the only illumination was cast by traffic lights and lampposts, the dismal lights set far anough apart that most of my trek was through the dark.Lighting
