the photo was taken during the last of my travels in brazil earlier this yearTime
it was late afternoon, during the so-called golden hour, my favorite moment of allLighting
I wanted to take pictures of this type for a long time and with that sunset and that imposing and very particular vegetation I could not resist to be able to create beautiful silhouettesEquipment
for this shot I used a nikon d5600 and the basic 18-5mm lensInspiration
the sunset always inspires me and I always try to realize the contents in that moment because it is always able to give that something extra to the photo you want to makeEditing
I made a small post correction to make sure that the subject was totally black to give the effect of the silhouette I wantedIn my camera bag
normally i always carry the nikon d5600 with me, two gopros one hero 9 black and one hero 7 black to have more camera angles and a tripod, all in a camera backpackFeedback
one piece of advice I can give is to stay out as much as possible, always observe the view and plan the best time to take the shot. I thought about this shot for 3-4 days during my stay and I took several days, but I published those in which the sky was perfect for me and how I wanted it. the important thing, however, is to enjoy the moment, the holiday and what you are doing, we are photographers, but we are also people who must love what we do to the end. Shoot while having fun and enjoying the moment, don't ruin your days for a shot you can't!
