This photo was taken in Paris during the summer in the Place Vendôme.Time
This photograph was taken in the early afternoon. The clouds are often perfect for brilliant photography during the Paris summers as they provide excellent lighting conditions and nice contrast in scenic pictures.Lighting
The bicycle couple was admittedly unintentional. I was framing a shot of the Colonne Vendôme in a fashion that depicts how I see the world, and this couple became the centerpoint.Equipment

I enjoy the historic architecture of Paris. The backdrop of the buildings surrounding a historic monument while people go about their business on a beautiful summer day allows for capturing perfect moments.Editing
The color version of this photograph is also stunning, but I decided to make it a black and white since the contrast could be made lovely.In my camera bag
