I took this photograph of a christmas tree while I was walking to work (I pretty much take my camera most places with me) when I got home and had a look the photograph came out with a blue hue, I think it was from the christmas lights that were hanging on the tree. It's one of my favourite shots and the first time I had ever got a close up pic. ever since this I have been obsessed with close up photography.
