Behind The Lens

Location

This is an image from Hampi, Karnataka, India. Hampi is one of the world heritage sites.

Time

It is probably before afternoon, maybe about in between 8-10 am. I had to climb a rock to capture this view

Lighting

This was shot using natural light. But as it was in the morning time, the light was not harsh and I have got the interesting view from the top

Equipment

I have used Canon 1300D with 18-55 mm lens, it was shot handheld, I haven't used any tripods

Inspiration

Basically I wanted to shoot at least one image from the top angle. But, as I didn't have any drone to capture the top angled shots, I had to look for alternative ways. And Hampi is one such place where we would get a lot of options to capture in different perspectives

Editing

Yes, I have done the post processing. I have worked on increasing the brightness and have increased color saturation and also sharpened the image

I usually have Canon 1300 D camera with 18-55 mm and 55-250 mm lenses

Feedback

Yeah, an advice or a suggestion could be please look for different angles and perspectives and also please make the best use of available natural light if you don't have external light
