Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in Rozafa Castle near Shkoder, Albania. I was actually traveling to Montenegro that day and we just stopped to look around and take photos of this castle.

Time

This walk taken at about 13h on a very hot sunny August day in 2018.

Lighting

I noticed the exceptional cobblestone and its reflection and just took it from there. The low angle was perfect with the man walking upfront for a great composition.

Equipment

It was actually mobile phone iphone 7 plus. No other equipment involved. I'm enthusiast taking photos with mobile.

Inspiration

The very atmosphere in this castle was enough.

Editing

No, not any filter involved. This is actually original photo as taken. Everything matched when I took it.

In my camera bag

I use only mobile. Enthusiasm is of essence for me when taking photos. I might switch to DSLR some day.

Feedback

Just seize the moment and choose the right angle, but be aware of the light and elements surrounding your scene.
