Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Neyland Pembrokeshire West Wales.it was around 5pm in the evening December time,I had just left work and had started to drive home and was struck by the colours across the western Cleddau out towards st Anne's head and highlighting the Valero oil refinery in the distance,it seemed to be crying out to be captured. The sea was calm and the skies where full of colour. This was just one of many from that shoot.

Time

around 5pm on a Winters evening whilst driving home from work, because of these wonderful sunrises and sunsets happening I had taken to bringing my camera to work hoping to take advantage,

Lighting

The lighting was all down to nature

Equipment

This was taken on a Nikon D3200 with an 18-105 lens no tripod handheld

Inspiration

It was just there crying out to be captured as I turned a corner on the way home from work, the colours the reflections the calmness of the sea, I just had to.

Editing

Was taken in JPEG. I then edited in Photoshop increasing sharpness and tonal colours

In my camera bag

Nikon D3200 with Nikon 18-105 as everyday lens, I have a sigma 10-20 1:3.5 and a Nikon dx55-200 1:4-5.6, also spare sad cards and card reader cleaning kit spare batteries and usb charger.i also carry a few filters but not for all of the lense

Feedback
