Location
This is a typical scene that you will encounter every day outside the Radcliffe Camera in Oxford. Note that bicycles and pedestrians have completely replaced motor vehicles and there are no cars to be seen anywhere. Many of our cities could learn from this example.Time
The picture was taken at 15:20 on Saturday 1st February 2020Lighting
It was a clear sunny day. No flash was used.Equipment
The picture was taken using a Canon 5D mark 4 with a Canon 16-35 F4L, zoomed out to about 24mm No tripod No flash.Inspiration
This picture was taken during a walk around Oxford, waiting for the shops to close so I could eat some noodlesEditing
Very little post processing. Just minor cropping and straightening in LightroomIn my camera bag
I normally have one zoom lens (16-35 or 24-70) and two primes (typically 35mm F1.5 and 85mm F1.4), plus my trusty 5D mark 4Feedback
Try to look a bit weird. That way the tourists avoid you and you can create an uncluttered shot.
