The clock showed 6:03 pm, we had just boarded the train and sunset was at 6:45 pm. We got off the train and ran through the city and up the mile of grueling stairs to reach this point overlooking the little Italian city. The clouds were rolling in as I snapped my photos and rain sprinkled the lens casting doubt I would get the perfect shot. But somehow the stars aligned and this image came out.
