Emma is a gift - the grandest of Grands, her father found himself a single parent in College. I held her for 18 hours after birth & although this smart,sassy girl still cannot shock me (& she tries!). She is a freshman at UMASS in Boston - my part Hawaiian, born & raised in the islands loves it there & is finally being treated @ 18 as she expected & deserved at 8! This confident, independent, witty young woman will NEVER need a #metoo movement. Possibly a little DNA!
