Behind The Lens
Location
The photograph was taken outdoors but with a portable set of photographic backgrounds. I am very proud of the photograph, as it denotes the freedom of women in the face of uncomfortable clothes that "we must wear" according to society.Time
Wanting to represent an enlightenment as a liberation, I decided that the best time to take this series of photographs should be at noon. If I remember correctly, I made them around 11am. The truth is that I had a great day, with a lot of sun, just what I needed.Lighting
Well, as I named above, in terms of light I wanted there to be a lot of light to represent the liberation / light and natural of what it is really to take off the ties in life. So I decided to use a very sunny day at noon and the light was natural, because the woman's body is the most natural in the world.Equipment
The truth is that I didn't use much equipment for the production. The equipment used is a Canon 6D, with a reflector and a photography background.Inspiration
I think that what most inspired me and encouraged me to do photography were the women. Well, although we are in the 21st century, we are still subject to many social pressures such as bras. For this reason, with the help of my friend and model Carmen, we wanted to represent the freedom and death of underwear so tight that society says we have to wear dry plants at the height of the breasts.Editing
Normally, fashion or beauty photography always carries a great job of editing and retouching the skin. In my work this process has not been lacking either. That is why photography takes a long process of editing RAW, skin retouching (frequency separation), color and light (dodge & burn, lighting masks ...) among many other processes with photoshop. In my camera bag
What never fails in my gear bag is my Canon 6d camera along with a super lens that any animal could take good photos with, it's the canon 50mm. I also always carry with the 50mm a canon 24-105 zoom lens too, these lenses are always very good to have as you can get to shots that are quite far with the zoom and their quality is incredible. I also carry the newer flash because you never know when you will need it! It should be said that I also always carry the reflector, which is my greatest ally !! To end the tour for my gear bag, I always carry a lens cleaning kit and a few batteries and memory cards to spare (it is essential).Feedback
Well, to begin with they have to be true to themselves and always take it to their ground, that is, always put their special touch, their style. This will make the photograph represent 100% who they are and will never have a copy of anyone or anyone can say that it is a carbon copy of another image. On the other hand, I think it is very good to be inspired by other photographers. If what you need is inspiration, there are tons of social networks like pinterest, behance, instagram ... where you can find inspiration or an idea that you can exploit to the fullest, but always faithful to your style and to yourself!
