On the upper end of the Tallulah River in N. Georgia, USA, I found this serene and beautiful setting in the Fall of 2019. Most of the leaves were on the ground and the river was low enough for the rocks to show, all of which made for ideal conditions for this dreamy long exposure photo and reconfirming why this is one of my favorite places to shoot.
