Sometimes you need to look up to see some interesting Pov. Those building was not very interesting as architectural building. The shadow and the angle of the photos is more relevantEditing
I use lightroom for the b&w princess and darkening the blue to es. I also used photoshop to i crease the mouvement of the cloudsIn my camera bag

Look up, dont be afraid of bad wheater, or harsh Light play with the shadow, and try b&w for fine arts or architectural picture...
