This photo was taken at the Addison Oaks Christmas Tree Farm during the winter! The evergreen trees were fully grown and although we didn’t get our snow, it was such a stunning backdrop for these photos!Time
Their session was at 10am and I remember getting out of my car and thinking, “wow it is PERFECT out here!” There was barely anyone around and the sun was at the best angle.Lighting
I wanted to make sure that there was no harsh sunlight in this photo so I had them sit in the shade. Some of the sun snuck through and I think it added the perfect touch!Equipment

These two actually had the idea to bring the mugs and I could NOT have been more excited. They originally thought it wasn’t going to be good for photos but I’m so glad they decided against that and brought them anyway! I love to cheers with everything, so I had to have them do that for this.Editing
