With the Holidays rolling up, we wanted to take a nice picture of this handsome pup.
This photo was taken with my Frankensony, which is a Sony A-5 with a lens mount and a manual Minolta lens.
Now, there were a lot of treats involved and I wasn’t sure Ceejay would stay put.
But I got this shot ON THE FIRST TRY.

This was most likely in the evening, my boyfriend's mom had very minimal lighting. But it was so warm feeling.Lighting
Just christmas lights and light coming in from the living room light.Equipment
This was shot with my sony A-5 with a manual minolta lense.Inspiration
We wanted to take a nice picture of Ceejay, for holiday cards. This was the only shot that actually came out. It was an xmas miracle.Editing
I brightened it up a bit, but honestly not much post production, luck was just on my side!In my camera bag
Usually I shoot with my Nikon D80, my 35mm lense and 70-300mm zoom. Oh and lense cleaner!Feedback
We set the furniture up and had briberies for Ceejay. But once he saw it he jumped off and got too excited to continue. Pet photography can take time and patience.
