Behind The Lens

Location

My fiancé is taking pilot classes and he took me with his to fly during his first solo flight. It was very cold winter day with a beautiful sunset. I was recording his first solo flight from the ground and then when we were flying back to the office I turned around and seen an incredibly beautiful sunset that was reflecting on the tail of the plaine. I had to record it. It looked amazing.

Time

It was in the everyone's favorite golden hour

Lighting

It was very soft and defused sunset light

Equipment

I took this picture with my Canon rebel T3 with 50mm zoom lense

Inspiration

The minimalism and simplicity that were the key of this image

Editing

I turned it into black and white in photoshop and did some contrast treatment

In my camera bag

Now I switched to Sony 7r IV and I use 80mm 1.8 prime lense for most of my shots and macro 90mm for things up close

Feedback

I think the most important thing for creating a good photograph is to learn how to see things different from others and be always ready.
