This photo has very special meaning for me. As a 20 year old, I began working in architecture at the renowned firm of Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo and Assoc. Kevin was my mentor and remained a lifelong friend. He passed away earlier this year at the age of 96. I went to the TWA terminal he helped design with Eero Saarinen back in the early 60's. Staying up all night, I took a series of images here to honor Kevin . I was here during the first week of the opening of the new hotel , staying in the hotel so I could capture these images.
