Exactly what it looks like: an outhouse on the edge of a boulder field at the top of a mountain (Northwest Peak, specifically). If you leave the door open, you can see Canada in the distance while you relieve yourself. However, I do not recommend this, as the winds and temperatures at the top of this mountain are unpleasant to say the least.
