This photo was taken at the Bank of the Red River in Alexandria, Louisiana. This photo captures one beautiful earthly creation of Heaven on Earth!

Time

Terrific answer from johnallenphoto: “This is probably one of my favorite images. I remember waking up around 5 AM and walking a good distance to the battery in the cold. Had no tripod so I tried to balance the camera on the battery railing as best I could due to the slow shutter speed. It was one of the best mornings I can remember, walking around in the cold and looking out toward the water while garbage trucks were making their rounds before everyone woke up. This was taken on January 21, 2013 at 7:53 AM.”

I was inspired by the beauty and uniqueness of the sun that peeped out from behind the clouds! This was an enlightenment to my heart. This opened my eyes to an unspeakable joy!

Feedback

The only advice I have to someone trying to capture something similar is find that quiet place of peace near a river and watch and wait while the sun goes behind cover of the clouds and listen for that silent voice to speak to you to capture the image of Love and Power!
