Taiban, New Mexico, was a bustling city in the early 20th century. The railroad drew people to the New Mexican city. Construction on Taiban's Presbyterian Church drew to a close in late December 1908; Services were regularly held in the sanctuary. Sunrise and sunset , with the right mix of clouds, create a colorful backdrop to the old, abandoned church.
